London might be Europe's strongest tech ecosystem: the first true AI lab, DeepMind, was founded here, and four of the world's top universities sit within an hour of the city center. That density keeps pulling in talent and builders. But can it go head-to-head with Silicon Valley? Check out our newest video to find out.

👥 Open Asks & Co-Founder Matching

Looking to get matched or want to reach out to one of these builders? Use this form.

  • A former early employee at Model ML and Cambridge grad is building infrastructure that lets AI agents act as customers for B2B companies. They went from $0 to $140k ARR in five months with VC backing and want to grow faster, asap. They're now looking for a technical co-founder or founding engineer, flexible on location. Reach out through this form if that sounds like you.

  • A former early operator at unicorns turned investor at Earlybird is now looking to build alongside a technical co-founder with deep systems knowledge of AI or robotics. Hit him up, if that sounds like you.

We are forming a list of people who are eager to start building. If you want to get (anonymously) featured, sign up here.

🚀 Teams worth to join

Know a builder who is wasting their talent at a corporate? Forward this to them.

  • Lovable announced their $400M Series C at a $13.3B valuation last week with the ambition to build a global champion out of Europe. Three open roles show where they are going: training their own models (Researcher, Post Training, Stockholm), going upmarket with enterprise infrastructure (Staff Engineer, Platform Enterprise, London) and deepening the agent layer (Data Scientist, Agent, Stockholm).

  • Quartr, the Stockholm-based data layer for institutional finance, raised $18m last week to accelerate their triple-digit growth. More than 800 of the world's most demanding financial institutions rely on their data coverage of public companies. As they are scaling, they are looking for Full Stack Engineers to build tools and features that empower their data teams. Apply here.

  • Last week, Sifted reported that Index is in talks to lead a $500m round for a new AI lab led by Jack Parker-Holder, director of Google DeepMind's World Models team. Keep an eye out for him if that's something you'd find interesting.

  • Speaking of labs, Ineffable Intelligence (Europe's largest-ever seed, $1.1B at $5.1B), is building out the infrastructure team with a Platform Engineer role in London to build the systems the research depends on.
