🧠 Bringing the right talent together
When it comes to talent in Europe, there is no shortage. The problem is distribution.
The most ambitious builders and the highest-potential startups are often invisible to one another.
We are fixing that loop. Every week, we will match under-the-radar teams with top engineers and connect high-potential founders with each other.
Real signal. No noise. Welcome to the new {Tech: Europe} Newsletter.
👥 Open Asks/Co-Founder Matching
Tarek (former Blinkist product lead) builds AI for people management, reducing manager mental load. He has early users in the pipeline and is looking for a full stack CTO co-founder. If that sounds like you, let him know at [email protected].
Daniel (former Lyft Staff Cloud Security Engineer) builds real-time cloud security tools, leveraging his experience from securing one of the largest AWS environments. He's looking for a non-technical co-founder interested in cloud security. If you think there’s a fit, reach out on LinkedIn.

🚀 Early Stage Teams to join
Know a builder who is wasting their talent at a corporate? Forward this to them.
Codewords.ai is looking for Founding Engineers to build intelligent automation that reasons through code. Aymeric, Osman and the team are developing AI systems that transform ideas into production-ready solutions. If you're excited about making automation accessible to everyone, check if there's a fit and apply here.
Subsets is looking for Founding Engineers to help rethink how subscription businesses handle retention. They are building an AI-native layer that lets non-technical teams turn their ideas into running experiments. If this sounds cool to you, take a look and get in touch.
Cybret.ai is hiring Founding Engineers to build autonomous defense systems that operate at machine speed. With backing of Nordic VCs and Visionaries Club, Adrian and the team are building a research lab where intelligent agents reason about and respond to complex threats in real-time. 📢 Applied AI Conference
Since there is a lack of conferences in Europe that are both hands on and high signal, we have decided to bring Europe’s best builders together for a day.
We want to give the very best European founders and technical leaders a stage to share knowledge, best practices and insights about what it means to actually ship AI into production.
The first 100 super-early-bird tickets are now available. Use the discount code TECHEUROPE for 25% off! It only works ten times though, so be quick
All information on https://conference.techeurope.io/.
If you are interested in partnering up for the conference, fill out this form and we’ll get in touch!
If you want to get more than 3 tickets for your team, reach out to [email protected].
🇪🇺 Funding/Launch Signals
Last week, Mistral AI launched its new flagship multimodal model, "Mistral 3," alongside "Devstral 2," a specialized coding model designed to help developers build architectures. Might be worth to check it out!
At just 19, Adrian De Gendt is now launching Cybret after being the youngest cybersecurity analyst, among other things. He raised from VCs such as Visionaries Club, Inception Fund and angels such as Peter Sarlin.
Munich and Paris based Pruna AI also released two models last week. P-Image and P-Image Edit are fast and cost efficient text to image and editing models.
